On September 4th, as part of the WNA’s Roadmap to N4G2025, the WNA hosted a webinar titled “Nurturing Success From Day One: The Business Benefits of Investing in Family-First Programmes at Work.” Organized by WNA and co-convened by CGF and GAIN, the webinar featured speakers from GAIN, the World Benchmarking Alliance (WBA), and ofi.
The event, which saw participation from 32 countries, highlighted the far-reaching benefits of breastfeeding support programmes—not only for businesses but also for women, children, and society at large. Breastfeeding can act as an equalizer, helping to address gender inequality while fostering a more content and productive workforce.
