GET INVOLVED

Join us today and help bring nutritious meals to every workplace

In the post-COVID world, holistic health and wellbeing have never been more crucial. Nutrition plays a vital role in supporting both physical and mental health, and employers are uniquely positioned to tackle malnutrition among their workforce. Comprehensive workforce nutrition programs not only benefit employees by improving their health and wellbeing but also enhance business sustainability through increased productivity, better outcomes, and improved rankings for benchmarks (ATNI, WBA) and ESG reporting.

How the WNA Supports Employers

The Workforce Nutrition Alliance provides companies with valuable tools to enhance their nutrition programs:

  • Scorecard: Assess and set nutrition targets
  • Guidebooks: Implement tailored nutrition programs
  • Masterclass: Receive comprehensive training on workforce nutrition

Join us in Paris on March 27-28, 2025, for the Nutrition for Growth summit, hosted by France, and make a public commitment to workforce nutrition. This pivotal event aims to mobilize the international community, including private sector leaders and civil society, to address the urgent issue of malnutrition in all its forms—malnourishment, dietary deficiencies, overweight, and obesity. By committing to improve nutrition in your workplace, you can play a crucial role in achieving the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals for 2030.

Stand with us and be a leader in the global effort to foster a healthier, more productive workforce.

Nutrition for Growth (N4G) is a global effort to bring together country governments, donors and philanthropies, businesses, NGOs and beyond, to accelerate progress on malnutrition.

The Tokyo Nutrition for Growth Summit 2021 (N4G2021) was a landmark event where 12 pioneer companies made public workforce commitments. These commitments are registered and tracked through the Nutrition Accountability Framework (NAF), the world’s first independent and comprehensive platform for monitoring nutrition action, endorsed by numerous global entities including the government of Japan, the SUN Movement, WHO, UNICEF, USAID, and GAIN. As we look forward to the Paris Nutrition for Growth Summit 2025, companies have another opportunity to make new commitments and drive positive change.
